Among all the foods that is good to eat, why choose Ramen? I think this food has an advantage and of course disadvantages.
Advantage? Simply because, it's delicious, delightful, tempting, yummy and very mouthwatering. With full of ingredients and lovely flavors that boosts into your mouth, this dish will make you WOW but what is the most common disadvantage of this dish?
Ramen noodles are a white starch in salt water. High in carbs which can cause diabetes and high cholesterol, which can possibly lead to cardiac symptoms in the future. The broth is made from salt and salt related items which raise blood pressure which over time again can lead to cardiac events.
